The Sports & Activities Program is a transformative initiative that uses athletic engagement as a tool for refugee, asylee, and immigrant integration, psychosocial well being, and community healing. Built on the universal language of sports, this program breaks down social barriers, reduces isolation, and fosters meaningful connections between newcomers and host communities. By providing inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities, the program supports both physical health and emotional resilience especially for youth and individuals recovering from trauma or displacement. Our goal is to create safe, welcoming spaces where people from all backgrounds can come together through shared activities promoting unity, belonging, and personal growth through movement, teamwork, and play.
